Check-in is at any time (24/7 Service). Check-out is before 10:00 (up to 17:00 for guests who went trekking on the same day as the checkout day)
If cancelled within 15 days of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. There will be no refund.
If cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged. A refund of 50% will be issued, including all fees.
If cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, 0% of the total reservation price will be charged. A refund of 100% will be issued, including all fees.
If a modification to the itinerary or booking date occurs, there shall be no charge if the new dates are within 14 days of the original date. Otherwise, there may be a booking handling fee.
In the case where a refund includes bank charges and other transaction handling fees, said fees shall be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
